Nursery: Pirates' Bay offers a sanitized nursery near the sun umbrellas, equipped with child-friendly amenities such as toilets, changing tables, breastfeeding facilities, and baby food/bottle warming equipment.
Showers and changing rooms: Caribe Bay provides free hot showers and changing rooms for guests. There are child-height toilets and a baby-changing area in the adult toilets and in the Nursery as well.
Gift Shop: The Caribe Bay shop provides a wide range of park essentials, including swimwear, beach towels, flip flops, slides, kids' toys, and more.

The Park is fully accessible with no architectural barriers, ensuring unrestricted access to all pools, show arenas, shops, and food service areas for everyone.
Laguna De Oro offers a free beach wheelchair for visitors with mobility issues, requiring only an ID document deposit. Paid reserved parking is available for expectant mothers and individuals with mobility challenges.
