I couldn't contact anyone and for 3 minutes I missed the ferry...if I had been able to contact you it wouldn't have happened...for such a short time, you wait for two people with tickets paid for two days...moreover in a location completely outside of Venice and this was not clear at all.
Ticketing experience was good, we easily find the boarding point and the boat was great. The only thing that I want to add is that the stop in Murano could have bewn longer than 1 hour in order to have time to visit the surroundings not just the glass factory. I would gave up to the visit to Torcello for more time in Murano
